Refund Policy

1. Overview

Stumped offers a monthly and annual Premium subscription (Stumped Pro) that removes ads from the app. All purchases are processed through Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not process payments directly.

2. Platform Refund Policies

Because payments go through Google Play and Apple App Store, their refund policies apply:

Android (Google Play)

Google may provide a refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, request a refund directly through Google: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Google's refund decision is final. Stumped has no control over Google's refund approvals.

iOS (Apple App Store)

Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund decision is final. Stumped has no control over Apple's refund approvals.

3. When we will advocate for your refund

If you contact us and any of these apply, we will contact the platform on your behalf and support your refund request:

Include: your email or phone used to register, platform (Android/iOS), date of charge, and a screenshot if possible. We will respond within 48 hours.

4. What we cannot refund

These situations must be handled directly with Google or Apple.

5. Free tier

Stumped's core scoring features are free forever. If you are unhappy with the app, you can simply stop using it — no cancellation required for free users.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings:

Cancellation stops future charges. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time after cancellation.
