By downloading, installing, or using Stumped, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Stumped is an offline-first cricket scoring application. You can record ball-by-ball match data, manage teams and tournaments, and generate scorecards. The app works without an internet connection and is free to use for scoring.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

All match scores, team data, and other content you create belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your cricket data.

Stumped Pro is an optional premium subscription that removes advertisements. Subscriptions auto-renew through Google Play or the Apple App Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings.

7. Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stumped shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Stumped Pro in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts and block devices used for piracy, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
